faqbubber

Q: There’s Bubber in my carpet! How do I clean it?
A: Bubber only sticks to itself and silicone. Pick up any large clumps, then pull out the vacuum. If you still see any blue bits after vacuuming, Bubber breaks down in water, so spray a little water on it, let it sit then blot it up.

Q: Our pet just ate Bubber! Do I need a vet?
A: We do not test our products on animals. Bubber breaks down in water, so try to get your pet to drink some water. It’s likely that most of the compound will have dissolved in the time it took your pet to eat it. If you are unsure how much Bubber your pet has consumed, or are concerned for your pet’s safety, we suggest downloading our MSDS Safety Sheet (linked) and consulting with your vet. We have furry friends at WABA Fun, and most of them have eaten Bubber at one point or another; they are all still alive and well.

Q: My child is allergic to gluten, is Bubber safe for them?
A: Yes, Bubber is 100% Wheat, Casein and Gluten free. It is not a dough, therefore does not have have the common allergens that leading doughs have. It is completely safe and non-toxic. If your child develops an irritation or rash, we recommend that you discontinue use and return the product for a full refund.

Q: My toddler just ate a handful of Bubber, what should I do?
A: Bubber is 100% safe and non-toxic. It also breaks down quickly in water, so try to get your child to drink a glass of water. There is no need to induce vomiting, the product will dissolve quickly and your child will not notice. Fortunately, the product does not taste well and gets really gritty in your mouth, so your child probably won’t want to eat it again. (Yes, we have actually eaten some.)

Q: Is there a way to clean Bubber?
A: Bubber can not be cleaned, but it is naturally anti-microbial. There is also no moisture in Bubber so bacteria cannot grow in the compound.

Q: Do I need to seal my Bubber in an air-tight container?
A: Because it contains no moisture, Bubber will not dry out even when left out in the open for months. However, to keep out dust and other dirt particles, we do suggest storing your Bubber in a clean, sealed container, like the handy bucket it came in!

faqshapeit

Q: ShapeIt! Sand is in my carpet! How do I clean it?
A: ShapeIt! Sand only sticks to itself. Pick up as many large clumps as you can, then pull out the vacuum. ShapeIt! Sand is not “dyed” so the color will not stain your carpet.

Q: My dog just ate some ShapeIt! Sand! Do I need a vet?
A: We do not test our products on animals, so you may wish to consult with your vet. We suggest downloading our ShapeIt! Sand MSDS Sheet for your vet to review.

Q: My child is allergic to gluten, is ShapeIt! Sand safe for them?
A: Yes, ShapeIt! Sand is 100% Wheat, Casein and Gluten free. It is an actual grain of sand, coated in a polymer and is completely safe and non-toxic.

Q: My child just ate a handful of ShapeIt! Sand, what should I do?
A: ShapeIt! Sand is 100% safe and non-toxic. We suggest giving the child some water and monitoring him or her closely. There is no need to induce vomiting, however, if your child starts to appear sick, seek medical attention.

Q: Is there a way to sanitize ShapeIt! Sand?
